Sinds 2019 verbinden we onze eigen Interim Professionals aan te gekke opdrachtgevers zoals Rituals, Action, Tony’s Chocolonely en KLM. Dat betekent dat je bij ons in vaste dienst bent (je weet wel; salaris, pensioen, auto van de zaak, dat soort dingen…), via ons opleidingen volgt en met ons regelmatig een feestje viert. En tegelijkertijd deel je je kennis, ervaring en energie met opdrachtgevers die jouw hulp goed kunnen gebruiken. Je krijgt de gelegenheid om in diverse keukens een kijkje te kunnen nemen, veel te leren en jezelf te ontwikkelen. Oh ja, goed om te vermelden… we nemen onszelf niet zo serieus. Pros: The people here are genuinely supportive and collaborative. As a Software Engineer, it's great working with smart colleagues on complex problems in the Austin, TX office. The team spirit really helps when things get tough.
Cons: While the company culture promotes teamwork, the workload is often too much. There's a lot of pressure to hit aggressive release dates, leading to long hours and some burnout. Recognition for extra effort isn't always there.
Advice to Management: Please look into managing project scopes better to prevent burnout. More recognition for individual and team efforts would also go a long way in boosting morale.

Pros: My direct manager is solid. They give clear goals for my Software Engineer role. The remote setup works well, giving me some work flexibility.
Cons: Senior leadership changes directions a lot. It's tough to keep up in this startup environment. Transparency isn't great, we often feel left in the dark.
Advice to Management: Senior leadership needs to get on the same page. Be more open about big company decisions. Give managers clear frameworks, it helps everyone.
