Culture is okay, but can be a bit intense
Pros: I liked the team. Everyone in the Singapore office was generally supportive. We'd often have quick team lunches, which helped build some camaraderie, especially for Digital Marketing Specialists trying to navigate new campaigns.
Cons: The company culture leans heavily towards long hours. Sometimes it felt like work-life balance wasn't a priority, which is tough for any role in digital advertising. There's also a strong top-down approach.
Advice to Management: Try to prioritize work-life balance more. Employee burnout is a real concern in this fast-paced e-commerce industry. Listen to feedback from individual contributors.

Fast-Paced Startup, Job Security Is Okay
Pros: For a fast-paced tech startup, there's always new projects starting in the affiliate marketing space. You learn so much about digital advertising very quickly. If you can keep up as a Performance Marketing Manager, you'll always be busy.
Cons: Job security here isn't the company's strongest point. Things change really fast, and sometimes roles shift or even disappear unexpectedly. It's tough when you're on a project-based structure, wondering about the next steps.
Advice to Management: Try to provide more clarity on long-term roles and departmental strategy. It would help employees feel more secure and committed.

Tough Hours, but Decent Team
Pros: Working as a Digital Marketing Manager here, the team camaraderie is solid. We do get some occasional hybrid work options, which is a small win. The company culture is generally supportive among colleagues.
Cons: The work-life balance here is pretty challenging for anyone in e-commerce affiliate marketing. Expect long hours, often stretching into evenings and sometimes weekends, especially when campaigns are live. It's a startup environment in the Singapore office, so burnout is real.
Advice to Management: Management needs to find a way to better manage workloads and protect employee personal time. Burnout is a serious concern for roles like Digital Marketing Manager.
