Okay company, but pay could be better

Decent flexibility, but still evolving for e-commerce
Pros: They offer a pretty solid hybrid work setup, which is nice. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, I could work remote two days a week, which really helped with my commute to the Los Angeles office. It's better than full-time onsite, for sure.
Cons: Sometimes the 'remote' days still felt like I was expected to be available 24/7, even after hours. There's not much flexibility for adjusting your core hours, which is tough if you have appointments. For a beauty e-commerce brand, I thought they'd be a bit more progressive.
Advice to Management: Really define what 'hybrid' means and set clearer boundaries for remote days. Give employees more control over their schedules within reason.
