Pros: You get to work on some really important government projects. As a Project Engineer, I learned a lot about the aerospace and defense industry. The pay is decent for Indonesia, and job security feels solid.
Cons: Work-life balance isn't great, especially during peak project cycles. I often worked 10-12 hour days, and weekends sometimes. It's mostly an onsite role, so there's no real work flexibility for this kind of corporate environment.
