Rating Reviews
Rating is calculated based on

review and is evolving.
Pros: You get decent pay and benefits for an onsite manufacturing role. The team I worked with on the shop floor was really solid, which made day-to-day bearable. There's job security if you can adapt to changes.
Cons: Leadership decisions often felt arbitrary, and things changed constantly. It's hard to plan projects effectively when the vision shifts every few months, which really impacts production schedules in metal fabrication. This makes career growth tough here.
Advice to Management: Try to establish a clearer, long-term strategic vision. Communicate changes more effectively to the teams, especially those working on critical manufacturing projects. Empower middle management to make more decisions instead of constant top-down shifts.

What is the team collaboration like at AllAlloy Group, especially for remote employees in the manufacturing sector?
Collaboration at AllAlloy Group is structured around project-based teams, with regular virtual stand-ups and shared digital workspaces facilitating communication. While many roles within our manufacturing operations require on-site presence, we utilize tools like Slack and Microsoft Teams to ensure consistent engagement and knowledge sharing across all departments, including those working remotely.
