Junior Project Manager

Decent Starting Point, Slow Career Ladder
Pros: As a Junior Project Manager, I got solid exposure to different aspects of real estate development projects. It's a good place to learn the ropes, especially if you're new to the industry. The onsite team in Miami, FL was generally supportive.
Cons: Career growth is pretty slow here; there isn't a clear path for moving up past entry-level roles. Promotions are rare, and opportunities for advanced training are limited. Don't expect to jump into a senior management role quickly.
Advice to Management: Management needs to create clearer promotion paths and invest more in professional development for employees. It would help a lot with retention if people could see a future here.

Account Manager

Pay is Decent, Benefits are Just Okay
Pros: The base salary for Account Manager roles is pretty solid for NYC, especially if you have some experience. My OTE was around $90k, which is decent for a hybrid setup. They do offer a 401k match, which is good, and it vests quickly.
Cons: Health insurance costs feel high, and the plan options aren't great for a growing company. There isn't much in terms of extra perks or professional development stipends, which you see at other places in the services industry. Paid time off is standard, but no real parental leave beyond the minimum.
Advice to Management: Management should really look into improving the health benefits and offering better parental leave. It would help attract and keep talent in the competitive New York City market for sales and account management roles.

Operations Specialist

INTI NYA GROUP: Decent, But Could Be Better
Pros: For an Operations Specialist at this mid-sized company, there's usually a steady workload. You don't often feel like your job is at immediate risk. The hybrid work model helps create a sense of stability.
Cons: Job security feels okay, but career growth is pretty slow, so it can feel a bit stagnant. There isn't much transparency about long-term project stability. This makes you wonder about the future sometimes.
Advice to Management: Improve transparency on project stability and offer clearer paths for performance-based raises to boost morale and retention. Focus on developing clearer career progression for key roles.
