Cons: The hybrid work model isn't consistently applied across all teams. Some departments have much less flexibility than others. It can be tough getting approvals for remote work, and there's pressure to be onsite most days even for roles that don't always require it.
Advice to Management: Standardize the hybrid work policy across all departments. Give more autonomy to teams and managers to decide what truly works best for their deliverables, especially for roles that can be effective remotely.
