Pros: I've been a Software Engineer here for a bit, and the team is really collaborative. They push for a hybrid work model which is nice, giving folks in Seattle some office time too.
Cons: Sometimes, the communication from senior leadership could be clearer, especially for a growing tech startup. We sometimes feel a bit out of the loop on big decisions.
Advice to Management: Work on clearer communication channels, especially for remote employees.
