INDICO exists with a clear purpose: to reach beyond and empower Indonesians while enabling businesses through meaningful digital innovation.
As a platform company, INDICO builds horizontal digital solutions by leveraging Telkomsel’s strategic assets—ranging from infrastructure and distribution to data and partnerships. Flagship platforms include INDICO DFE (Digital Food Ecosystem), which enhances agricultural productivity and rural empowerment through technology-driven agri-commerce; INDICO Commerce, which enables seamless digital transactions and monetization; INDICO Engage, a data-driven customer engagement engine; and INDICO DataHub, a secure and privacy-first Data Clean Room platform for compliant data collaboration.
At the same time, INDICO operates as a holding company, nurturing high-impact vertical digital ventures. These include Kuncie in education technology, Fita in health and wellness, and Majamojo, a joint venture in the gaming industry. Each subsidiary is built to solve real-world problems through accessible, localized digital solutions that contribute to a stronger and more inclusive digital society.
With a vision to become Indonesia’s best value creator company accelerating digital wealth distribution, and a mission to leverage Telkomsel’s ecosystem beyond telecom use cases, INDICO is committed to enabling cross-sector transformation and advancing the nation’s digital resilience.

Rating Reviews

review and is evolving.
Pros: The hybrid model is decent, letting you work from home a couple days. That helps with the commute in Jakarta. For some tech roles, like engineering, the deadlines feel a bit more predictable.
Cons: As a Product Manager, I often had to put in 50+ hour weeks, especially with new product launches in the digital ventures space. It's hard to truly disconnect. They need to manage project scope better to prevent burnout.
Advice to Management: Really try to protect your team's personal time. The startup energy is good, but it's not sustainable with constant crunch mode. Better resource allocation and clearer project timelines would help Product Managers avoid constant overtime.
