Pros: I've learned a lot about guest services working in the Jakarta hotel operations. The team is pretty solid, and you get decent employee discounts at other properties within the ARYADUTA Hotel Group network.
Cons: Work-life balance here is rough for Front Office Associate roles. The shift work can be really unpredictable, and it's tough to plan anything social. You're often working long hours, especially during peak season in the hospitality industry.
Advice to Management: Try to better staff for peak times so frontline staff aren't so burned out. More predictable scheduling would really help with employee morale.

Pros: I really liked my direct team. Everyone as a Front Desk Agent on my shift was super supportive, which is huge in the busy hospitality industry. We worked well together.
Cons: The company culture can feel a bit traditional, almost corporate. Sometimes new ideas from the ground level don't get heard. There's not much work flexibility for onsite staff.
Advice to Management: Listen more to the frontline staff. Their feedback is crucial for improving operations and team morale.
