Cons: Work-life balance is a struggle for Software Engineers. Long hours are common, especially when deadlines hit. Expect to work late, sometimes on weekends, if you're in the Singapore office. It's hard to find personal time.
Advice to Management: Please rethink project scoping and staffing. The constant crunch leads to burnout. Better planning would really help us all.
