Pros: The team in the Bangkok office is really supportive, which helps when things get hectic. We do get some flexibility with our start times, and the hybrid model means I'm not always commuting. It's a decent place for career growth if you're willing to put in the time for a regional tech company.
Cons: Work-life balance can be tough, especially for operations roles in logistics tech. I often felt like I was working expected 50-hour weeks, sometimes more. It's hard to switch off, and weekend work isn't uncommon during major sales events. It can be really draining.
Advice to Management: Management needs to find a way to better manage workload distribution, especially for e-commerce fulfillment teams. Staffing up during peak times would really help prevent burnout and improve overall morale.
