Pros: I've gained so much experience on various digital transformation projects. It's awesome for entry-level management consulting roles in the Singapore office. You get to work with big corporate clients.
Cons: Beyond the analyst level, career progression isn't always clear. You really have to advocate for yourself and find those next steps. It's not as structured as I expected for a big corporate firm.
Advice to Management: Make career paths clearer for mid-level consultants. Provide more structured mentorship programs. It would really help with employee retention and overall morale.

Pros: I've learned a ton in IT consulting, especially on digital transformation projects. There's good exposure to different clients and technologies. The hybrid work model is also a plus for some teams.
Cons: The company culture can feel pretty corporate sometimes. It's hard to build strong connections when you're always on new projects as a Technology Analyst. There's also some micromanagement on certain teams, which isn't great.
Advice to Management: Try to foster more consistent team bonding across different projects. Empower team leads to trust their employees more and reduce micromanagement within the corporate structure.

Pros: The hybrid work model is a big plus for consulting roles here. I could usually work remote from home in Singapore a couple days a week, which helped a lot with errands. They're generally understanding if you need to adjust your schedule for personal appointments.
Cons: Work flexibility isn't always consistent across all client engagements. Some projects demand full onsite presence, which really limits your options. It's tough when you're a senior analyst and stuck on a project with no remote days.
Advice to Management: Try to standardize the hybrid work policy across all projects and clients. It would really improve morale and reduce the feeling of unfairness for many employees. Make sure managers are empowered to approve flexible schedules, especially for remote roles.
