Pretty decent WFH, but job security isn't great.
Pros: As a Customer Service Representative, I've appreciated the WFH setup here; it's genuinely flexible for my schedule. There's usually a steady stream of inbound calls, so you don't run out of work to do daily.
Cons: But job security for contact center roles feels pretty uncertain. They often make sudden team changes, and it feels like turnover for frontline customer support is high. You can't really plan long-term here.
