Pros: The team here in the Kuala Lumpur office is pretty solid. We do get some flexibility with schedules sometimes, which helps with onsite work. It's a decent environment for learning about zinc production.
Cons: However, as a Process Engineer, especially in chemical manufacturing, there are weeks where you're putting in pretty long hours. It can be tough to predict when those busy periods hit, making personal planning hard.
Advice to Management: Management should really look into better resource allocation, especially for the Process Engineer roles. It would help even out the workload and reduce unexpected crunch times for our onsite team.
