Meet the sales targets of revenue and recruit new merchant pipeline accounts assigned to the SME hunting team
Recruit new merchants by following up leads from bank and non-bank referral partners, hotline and existing customers etc. and by making cold calls and providing them the appropriate solutions managing the full on boarding and deployment process
Prepare proposals and pricing from interested merchants, usually with short submission timeline. Sometimes it may require coordination with the regional teams in different AP countries
Perform account management for the newly recruited merchants working together with different internal support functions
Equip with the required product knowledge and selling skills to work independently to close the leads
Qualifications
Basic card acceptance and merchant services on the job knowledge
Experienced in selling financial services is a plus
Good cold call and door to door selling skill and interpersonal technique
Good business writing skills
Presentable and confident to present to customers
Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
Self-motivated, mature and independent, able to handle multi-tasks and work well under pressure
Hardworking, outgoing and have a strong will to learn and win
