Position Objective:
The role is responsible for investor relations, including but not limited to supporting capital raising efforts from potential investors, preparing investor presentation materials, maintaining relationships with investors, and undertaking ad hoc projects as required to support the successful launch of funds.
Reporting Relationships:
This position reports directly to the Managing Director and other designated senior stakeholders as required. The role works closely with senior leadership on day-to-day investor relations activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support capital raising efforts targeting private and institutional investors
- Proactively identify and engage potential investors
- Manage the fundraising process, coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution
- Maintain strong relationships and regular communication with investors
- Attend investor meetings and presentations
- Prepare high-quality investor marketing materials
- Support additional projects and responsibilities as required

- Strong knowledge of real estate investment, capital raising, and investor relations
- Proven client relationship management skills with institutional and private investors
- Excellent communication, presentation, and written English skills
- Advanced PowerPoint capabilities
