Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct procurement including purchase requisitions, quotation, purchase order, tendering and contract award in accordance with the procurement manual;
- Maintain comprehensive procurement records;
- Monitor and ensure efficient ordering and delivery of goods to users;
- Ensure the quality of goods/services and delivery on time;
- Monitor supplier’s performance and conduct relevant surveys;
- Report to Senior Procurement Officer; and
- Perform any other duties assigned.
Job Requirements
- Preferably degree holder in procurement / business or related disciplines;
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience in procurement;
- Preferably with experience in handling invoices and orders follow-up;
- Preferably with experience in execute and review the quality control for goods receipt;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Good team spirit and ability to work under pressure;
- Knowledge of SAP system is a preference;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel & Word; and
- Good command of Chinese and English.
