Your Role
- Perform design, planning, implementation and operations for outdoor radio networks
- Conduct field measurements and on-field optimization and RF signaling troubleshooting
- Prepare survey reports, planning data, technical proposals, drawings and related documentation
- Perform and analyze coverage simulations using RF planning tool
- Evaluate new radio products and RAN system architectures
To Succeed in the Role
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications or related disciplines
- Preferably 6-8 years of experience in mobile cell site related work
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Visio
- Knowledge of databases, Python, and SQL is an advantage
- Strong understanding of wireless networks
- Solid experience in mobile site fieldwork
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Proactive and outgoing
