This is a fixed-term contract position of minimum 24 months with possibility for renewal subject to organization need and individual performance.
Responsibilities
Requirements
- Degree holder in Computer Science/ Engineering, Information Technology / Systems, Business Administration or related disciplines
- Minimum 8 years of experience leading complex programme management initiatives, preferably within large-scale IT transformation or digital transformation programs
- Experience in PMO with professional certifications in program/project management such as PMP/PRINCE2 is preferred
- Experience in Agile methodologies with certifications (SAFe, Professional Scrum Master or equiv) will be an advantage
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities to effectively present and influence senior leadership and capable of conveying complex information clearly to diverse audiences
- Ability to analyze complex situations and make timely decision is essential
- Sound leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams through change
- Strong ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Strong learning agility in a fast-paced dynamic environment
