Job Summary:
Manage and lead enterprise performance management (EPM) systems supporting Finance functions. This role is responsible for hands-on development and support of Oracle EPM Cloud applications, while maintaining and supporting the on-premises HFM solution. The candidate will collaborate closely with Finance stakeholders to deliver reliable, scalable and efficient planning, consolidation and reporting solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead development and enhancement of Oracle EPM Cloud applications (Planning, PCMCS) with hands-on involvement
- Provide day-to-day production support and maintenance for the on-premises Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) system
- Gather and analyze user requirements; Design and develop business rules, scripts, reports and data integrations
- Work with Finance users to improve financial planning, consolidation and reporting processes
- Ensure data integrity, system performance and application reliability
- Manage application security, user access and compliance with internal IT governance policies
- Troubleshoot issues and perform root cause analysis across EPM platforms
- Drive continuous improvement by evaluating and implementing new tools, features and best practices
- Maintain system documentation and provide user training and knowledge transfer
- Collaborate with regional teams to support business users and projects
Requirements:
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related discipline
- Minimum 8 years of IT experience with at least 3 – 5 years in Oracle EPM / Hyperion solutions
- Strong proficiency in Oracle EPM Cloud (Planning, PCMCS etc.)
- Hands-on experience in developing EPM Cloud applications (Metadata, rules, calculations, integrations)
- Experience supporting on-premises Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) system
- Experience with Oracle EBS or ERP systems is an advantage
- Solid understanding of Finance & Accounting processes (e.g. Budgeting, forecasting, consolidation) is preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently and under pressure
- Good communication skill; Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
- Less experience may also be considered
