Job Summary
We are seeking a logistics professional to drive smooth supply chain operations by overseeing orders, inventory, shipments, and logistics coordination with internal teams and partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for order processing, inventory replenishment coordination, and ensuring sufficient stock availability.
- Monitor and coordinate delivery schedules to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.
- Prepare shipping documents and follow up on delivery discrepancies, delays, shortages, or damages.
- Track shipment dispatch and arrival status to ensure smooth delivery operations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams to resolve daily logistics issues and provide timely updates on order status and stock availability.
- Work closely with external stakeholders, including third-party logistics providers (3PL), to ensure efficient order processing, stock movement, and shipping schedules.
- Prepare regular logistics and inventory reports to support operational planning and decision-making.
- Provide administrative and clerical support to the Supply Chain & Logistics team as required.
- Perform ad hoc duties and projects assigned by management.
Requirements
- Diploma or above in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
- Min. 1 year of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, inventory management, supply chain functions, or related fields. Experience in the F&B industry is an advantage.
- Experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or a related field is preferred.
- Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal departments and external logistics partners.
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks with strong follow-through and accountability.
- Experience in handling ERP systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Candidate with more experience may be considered for the Officer position.
