Operational Model and Process Formulation: Assist in designing end-to-end operational flows and system integration requirements to support the Permanent Phase development of HKIA Dongguan Logistics Park (HKIALP)
Operation Management: Formulate, implement and audit operational procedures, security regimes and customs compliance workflows across operators to maintain high service standards, safety and operational efficiency
Stakeholder Onboarding & Readiness: Orchestrate and monitor the operational readiness, system testing, and onboarding of key operators to ensure a seamless launch
Contract Management: Support the team in high-level Franchise Agreement negotiations and coordinate the implementation of service agreements among operators
Procurement and Budget Coordination: Lead procurement activities, manage budget tracking, and handle corporate compliance workflows for both the ongoing Pilot Scheme and Permanent Phase development
Service Development: Engage with industry stakeholders to implement service facilitation measures and drive continuous upgrades to HKIALP’s capabilities
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Transport, Aviation, Supply Chain or other related disciplines
Minimum 6 years of working experience in aviation or logistics related companies, with solid cargo operation knowledge and internal or external stakeholder supervision experience
Proven co-ordination and execution capability
Proactive and well-organized with good planning, analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage shifting priorities during critical project phases and complex multi-stakeholder environments
Strong interpersonal skills and result-oriented
Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
