We’re looking for someone to join our dynamic team in Hong Kong on a part-time basis.
Experior Asia is an established education company connecting passionate educators with schools across Hong Kong, China, and beyond. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a proactive individual to support client relationships and play a key role in the day-to-day running of the business, with opportunities to grow alongside us.
Client Relationship & Account Management:
• Attract and engage new clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings
• Maintain and develop existing client relationships
• Support contract negotiation and onboarding of new clients
• Act as a point of contact and account manager for assigned clients
• Assist with organising and hosting client social and networking events
• Provide ongoing support to the Directors as required
Office & Administrative Support:
• Coordinate teacher cover and short-term staffing support for clients
• Assist with visa applications and liaise with immigration departments
• Prepare, arrange, and file documentation (digital and physical)
• Maintain organised company records using Google Drive and internal systems
• Support school tenders and general ad-hoc office tasks
• Prepare invoices, track expenses, and support basic finance administration
• Provide day-to-day support to the business and teaching staff
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• Experience in administration, office support, or client-facing roles
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Confident multitasker with a proactive, can-do attitude
• Able to work independently and take initiative
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Fluent in English and Cantonese (Mandarin is a plus)
• Holds a valid Hong Kong work visa
