We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Associate, Client Relationship Management

In This Role You Will

Prepare pitch books, information memoranda, management presentations, and other client materials
Day-to-day execution for IPO, M&A and other capital market transactions
Build financial models, conduct financial and industry analysis
Perform due diligence and documentation for live transactions
Coordinate with clients, internal teams, legal advisors, accountants, and other professional parties
Work closely with senior bankers to support client coverage and origination
Analyze market trends and conduct market research

To Be Successful You Will Need

Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance or related disciplines with excellent academic results
2+ years of hands-on investment banking experience
Solid understanding of capital markets and corporate finance concepts
Strong analytical and numerical skills
High attention to detail, strong work ethic, and ability to meet tight deadlines
Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin (Cantonese is a plus)
