Responsibilities

Job Description:

Responsible for the site operations of our foundation and miscellaneous construction projects
Oversee all on-site matters to ensure that all work is carried out according to schedule and report to the Site Agent
Identify potential hazards for site safety and monitor preventive measures to minimize accidents, incidents, and injuries
Liaise and coordinate with subcontractors to ensure the smooth operation of daily activities
Undertake any other duties as assigned by the Site Management Team
Support all aspects of site work, including materials handling and site coordination
Support project team members in delivering service excellence
Maintain project records and report progress to all stakeholders
Perform ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements

Diploma in Civil Engineering or related discipline
At least 5 years of construction work experience; experience in foundation works is preferred.
Detail-oriented, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
Commitment to continuous learning is highly preferred
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
