Responsible for coordinating tram services
Real-time Monitoring & Optimization: Monitor vehicle movements, optimize headways (班次調度), and minimize gaps in service using OCCS.
Operation Data Improvement: Analyze operational data (punctuality rates, lost mileage, congestion patterns) to identify bottlenecks.
Assist Inspector team to manage frontline tram drivers
Communicate clearly and under pressure with traffic frontline crews to enforce safety and compliance.
Handle traffic accidents and provide assistance to passengers and drivers
Incident Management: Act as the coordinator during traffic disruptions, blockages, or technical failures.
Perform outdoor duties, including inspections at various tram stops and tram infrastructure

Profil De Candidat Recherché

AD / HD or above in Transportation, Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
Holding a valid Hong Kong driving licence (Class 1, 1A, 2, or 2A)
Strong interest in transport operations and public service systems.
Basic analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify issues.
Good verbal communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and calmly, and able to work closely with frontline staff
Customer-oriented mindset, especially when assisting passengers during incidents.
High level of discipline and safety awareness.
Flexible to work on shifts, including weekends and public holidays when required.
Good command of Cantonese and English; Putonghua is an advantage.
Fresh graduates are welcomed.
