Description
One of our MNC clients, an oil and gas company is seeking for a HSSE Officer for a year assignment. Contract extension will be subject to business needs and individual performance.
Job Responsibilities
- Co-ordinate audit and other external / Group audits/reviews to meet Legislative/ Group requirements as and when required
- Monthly consolidate and verify HSSE performance results from all business and function
- Execute company HSSE plan - monthly performance consolidation, HSSE tech forum meeting minutes keeping, half yearly HSSE communication meeting, maintenance of HSSE incentive scheme and so on
- Foster proactive to generative HSSE culture by organizing activities such as Safety day, updating HSSE stand and HSSE intranet at least quarterly, and other activities as per supervisor's directives.
- Organise and co-ordinate Company-wide HSSE training such as DSE, DDC, First Aid, Fire Fighting, Tripod and so on
- Monitor Government Gazette weekly on new HSSE related Legislation
Job Requirements
- High Diploma or above with recognized qualification in HSSE area preferred
- Minimum 2 years' work experience in HSSE, Engineering, Operations, or related area
- Fluent in English and Chinese (written and verbal)
