Introduction

We are looking for a proactive Personal Assistant to support Group-level senior management. The ideal candidate is highly organized, solutions-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.


In this Role, you’ll get to

• Provide comprehensive support to senior management, including calendar management, meeting and travel coordination, and acting as a main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders

• Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and briefings

• Coordinate with property managers, tenants, and vendors on rental operations and lease documentation

• Manage confidential information with utmost discretion

• Oversee daily workflow and handle ad hoc administrative tasks and special projects


What you'll Need to Succeed

• Bachelor’s degree or above; experience in finance is preferred

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a multinational company

• Strong Excel and data analysis skills

• Excellent written and verbal English and Chinese

• High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially

• Strong communication, coordination, and time management skills
