Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or above
  • Minimum 10 years’ secretarial/personal assistant experience in serving senior executives in sizable corporations
  • Organized, proactive and attentive to details
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua
  • Strong PC skills, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Able to work in fast-paced environment with tight deadlines


Responsibilities

  • Provide full range of personal support to senior executive on both business and family matters
  • Handle meeting schedules and travel arrangements
  • Prepare daily correspondence and reports
  • Assist in other ad-hoc projects assigned by the senior executive
