Assist the Project Manager in managing and supporting the implementation of GenAI/Agentic AI projects and related data preparation and requirements gathering to ensure the project deliverables align with the project objectives, scope, timeline and quality requirements
Collaborate with various teams to perform requirements gathering, solution design, quality assurance and production implementation of different GenAI/Agentic AI initiatives
Liaise and coordinate with a diverse range of stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation, decisioning, workflow optimization, and translate business processes into AI-driven use cases or agent workflows
Review, update and/or develop requirements documents, design and specification documents, issue and knowledge logs based on business requirements and project implementation progress
Coordinate and collaborate with different service providers, contractors and internal teams on preparing test plans and cases for SIT, UAT, Performance test, Security test, and other acceptance tests, and work closely with respective parties to execute the relevant tests and prepare test result reports
Review Contractors’ deliverables including documents, source code, etc., and make sure deliverables meet the contractual requirements, required standards and guidelines
Monitor the performance of the responsible application systems to identify areas of possible enhancement and close out outstanding system issues by implementing fixes or upgrades
Ensure smooth transition of system operations by providing instructions and expert advice to first level support staff or contractors
Demonstrate an innovation mind-set. Conduct market research and study to stay updated on latest technologies and best practices related to but not limited to AI/GenAI/Agentic AI
Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines with at least 3 years of IT experience and with 2 years' relevant experience in analysis, design, implementation and support of enterprise-scale applications.
Experience in delivering GenAI/Agentic AI solutions would be an added advantage
Business Analytics, Project Management or equivalent certifications preferred
Proven experience of project management, business analysis, stakeholder and vendor management
Proven experience in project management, business analysis, stakeholder and vendor management with the ability to coordinate across cross-functional teams to drive solution delivery
Experience in requirement gathering, data/knowledge management, quality assurance activities, incident handling and support experience in various scale solutions with system integrations
Experience in AI/GenAI/Agentic AI tools & platforms such as AI-powered productivity tools, image/video/audio generation solutions, code generation / AI-assisted development tools, autonomous or agent-based systems, etc
Experience in applying AI/GenAI/Agentic AI tools in real-world business scenarios is preferred
Good understanding of GenAI and Agentic AI concepts such as agent orchestration/workflows, MCP, evaluation frameworks and related knowledge would be an advantage
Familiar with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies, tools such as Confluence, JIRA and other documentation & collaboration tools/platform
Detail-oriented, well-organized, open-minded and flexible, strong drive for continuous learning and professional growth
Able to work under pressure, and strong analytic and problem-solving skills
Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese with knowledge of Putonghua is an advantage
