We are seeking an experienced and motivated Chef to join our vibrant Food & Beverage team at the RAAFA Club, located within the beautiful RAAFA Estate in Meadow Springs near Mandurah.

About The Role

As a hands-on Chef, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality meals while maintaining a safe, efficient, and well-run kitchen environment.

  • Deliver nutritious, high-quality meals in a commercial kitchen setting
  • Maintain a well-organised and compliant kitchen environment
  • Support kitchen operations, including staffing and cost management
  • Lead by example with a hands-on approach to food preparation and service
  • Manage stock control and rotation effectively
  • Ensure compliance with food safety standards (HACCP)
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

About You

You are a reliable and team-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen and takes pride in delivering excellent food and service.

To Be Successful, You Will Have

  • Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
  • Ability to work effectively in a commercial kitchen environment
  • A current C Class Driver’s Licence
  • Working rights in Australia

You will also need to provide (or be willing to obtain):

  • A National Police Clearance (issued within 6 months)
  • Evidence or willingness to obtain flu vaccinations
