About the Role
We are looking for passionate and energetic kitchen professionals at
Commis Chef or
Demi Chef — to join our vibrant culinary team. You will be part of an open, skill-focused environment where quality, teamwork, and authentic Italian flavors come first. Perfect for those who want to grow their culinary skills in a friendly, fast-paced restaurant setting.
What You Will Be Doing
- Responsible for food preparation and the kitchen operation
- Prepare ingredients and dishes to ensure they are prepared to the correct recipes and quality
- Ensure that the preparation and quality of food provided are consistently maintained
- Ensure all food products are produced in a professional manner and meet the company quality standard
- Maintain a good quality of the cuisine
What We Are Looking For
- Diploma or equivalent vocational training certificate required. Culinary school preferred.
- Relevant experience in a Western or Italian kitchen (entry-level welcome for Commis)
- Passion for cooking and willingness to learn
- Able to deliver fantastic service in a high profile venue
- A high level of energy and a good team player
- Confident in running busy shifts
- English and Chinese (Cantonese) communication required
