Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional quality customer services via handling inbound / outbound calls to merchants’ enquiries on credit card payment processing
  • Establish good relationship with merchants by provision of one-stop care services
  • Keeps up-to-date and self-equipped on required knowledge and skill sets proactively
  • Work with internal departments to seek best possible solutions for merchants
  • Carry out ad hoc assignments for call center operations

Requirements

  • Form 7 graduates or above with minimum 1 year experience in customer service and / or call centre preferred
  • Ability to converse in English and Mandarin is essential as required to communicate with overseas banks and merchants
  • Excellent telephone etiquette with mature and pleasant attributes
  • Ability to maintain composure under pressure, patience and enjoy customer service
  • High energy level and self-motivated
  • Team player with strong work ethic
  • Able to perform shift duty on weekends / public holidays depending on work schedule
  • Work on shift basis including weekends and public holidays
