Cons: Work flexibility here is almost non-existent for frontline staff. It's strictly an onsite role, with no options for hybrid or WFH, even for some admin tasks. In the fashion industry, this is often the case, but it makes balancing personal life tough.
Advice to Management: Consider offering even a little flexibility for certain non-client facing roles or at least more predictable shift patterns. It's hard to juggle personal life with such rigid hours for all employees.
