Cons: Workload for marketing roles can be intense. It's common to work more than 40 hours a week. Sometimes you're expected to be online during weekends for urgent tasks. This really impacts your personal time.
Advice to Management: Please look into staffing levels for marketing and sales roles. The current workload makes it hard to maintain a good work-life balance, and burnout is a real concern.
