Rating Reviews
Rating is calculated based on

review and is evolving.
Pros: The team is smart, and I've learned a lot about market data infrastructure. The pay for Data Analyst roles is pretty competitive for New York City, which helps offset the long hours. You get to work on cutting-edge fintech projects.
Cons: Work-life balance here is tough. Expect to put in 50-60 hour weeks regularly, especially during project deadlines. There's not much room for work flexibility or remote options in the NYC office, it's mostly onsite.
Advice to Management: Management really needs to address the workload expectations. Burnout is real, and it impacts retention. Consider more work flexibility, especially for analytics roles.
