Culture can be a bit challenging here
Pros: The teams are generally really friendly, especially within the marketing department. I've met some great people working in e-commerce and beauty retail. There's good access to new products, which is a nice perk for employees.
Cons: The company culture can feel pretty old-school and hierarchical. It's tough to get new ideas heard, even as a Marketing Coordinator. Work-life balance is a struggle, especially with the onsite requirement in Hong Kong. Long hours are common.
Advice to Management: Management needs to embrace more modern thinking and allow for better work flexibility. Listening to employee feedback, especially from those in customer service and marketing roles, would go a long way to improve morale.
