Pros: It's nice that they offer a hybrid work model for some positions, not all biotechnology industry companies do. As a Research Scientist, I could often manage my lab work and then work from home for data analysis. The Boston office itself is pretty modern and well-equipped.
Cons: Work-life balance can get tough when project deadlines hit; sometimes I had to put in long hours. There's not always as much work flexibility as advertised, especially for onsite lab requirements. It's a corporate environment, so things move slow sometimes.
Advice to Management: Be more transparent about project loads and realistic deadlines, especially for Research Scientist teams. Support actual work flexibility, not just talk about it.
