Pros: You'll learn a lot about design software and project management here. The team for specific creative projects can be really collaborative. Our New York office had some nice perks, and the hybrid work model was decent.
Cons: The company culture felt pretty cliquey at times, which made it tough to feel fully integrated. There's not much upward mobility if you're a Graphic Designer looking to grow. Management didn't always act on employee feedback.
Advice to Management: Really listen to what employees are saying, especially about team dynamics. Try to build a more inclusive company culture across the entire creative agency, not just within specific project teams. Focus on clear career paths for graphic design roles.
