Fintech Analyst

Solid Pay, But Benefits Need an Upgrade
Pros: The base salary for a Fintech Analyst is quite competitive here, especially in the Dubai office market. I felt fairly compensated compared to other mid-size companies. They do offer basic health insurance, which is a good starting point.
Cons: The benefits package isn't great, to be honest. There's no dental or vision coverage, and the retirement plan options are pretty basic. For a company in the digital payments space, you'd expect a bit more.
Advice to Management: Consider enhancing the benefits package, especially adding dental and vision plans. It would really boost overall employee satisfaction and help with retention in the competitive fintech industry.

Decent pay, but benefits could use a boost
Pros: The base salary for Product Manager roles at Unlimit isn't bad for the Fintech industry in Dubai. You'll get a solid standard health insurance plan. They do offer some good wellness perks too, which is a nice touch.
Cons: Annual bonuses often feel small, especially when compared to bigger corporate companies. There's not much in terms of long-term incentives or a robust pension scheme. The overall pay and benefit package feels a bit average for someone working onsite in Dubai.
Advice to Management: Revisit your compensation structure and boost those long-term incentives to really attract and keep top talent.

Software Engineer

Decent Pay, Benefits Need Work
Pros: As a Software Engineer working remote from Europe, the base salary is pretty competitive for a growing fintech startup. I appreciated the unlimited PTO policy too; that's a real perk. You don't often see that in the payments processing space.
Cons: The benefits package isn't the best. Health insurance options are just okay, and there's no real 401k match or strong retirement plan, which is tough. I think compensation for tech roles overall could be more robust beyond just the base.
Advice to Management: Really look into improving the benefits package, especially retirement plans and health insurance. It would make Unlimit much more attractive for top talent in the fintech industry.
