Solid place if you like a fast pace
Pros: I got to work on some really cool projects, building features for corporate cards. The remote work setup is genuinely flexible, which was a huge plus for me. You pick up a lot of skills quickly in this spend management startup.
Cons: Job security isn't its strong suit, especially for technical roles. There's always a bit of uncertainty with funding rounds in the fintech industry. It's a startup, so you kinda expect it, but it's still stressful.
Advice to Management: Try to communicate more clearly about company strategy and financial health. It would really help with employee morale and reduce anxiety around job security.
