Hybrid setup is okay, but could be better.
Pros: You get two WFH days a week, which is solid for avoiding the commute into the New York office. This hybrid model helps a bit with personal appointments during the week. It's better than being fully onsite.
Cons: The hybrid policy isn't very flexible beyond the two set WFH days. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you still have to be in the office a lot. Sometimes it feels like mandatory in-office days aren't always necessary for specific tasks. There isn't much wiggle room if you need more flexibility.
Advice to Management: Consider allowing more manager discretion for WFH days beyond the standard hybrid schedule. For many roles, especially in the digital advertising industry, being in the office five days a week isn't always needed for productivity or collaboration.

Hybrid Model is Okay, But Has Limits
Pros: The hybrid work model is a decent perk. We get a few WFH days a week, which really helps with personal appointments and commuting in New York. It's a solid benefit for an advertising agency.
Cons: Work flexibility can be tough when client demands spike. Sometimes, even as an Account Executive, you're expected to be in the office more than planned. There's not much flexibility during crunch times, which can feel restrictive.
Advice to Management: Try to protect the planned hybrid days better, even when client pressure is high. It helps a lot with morale and reduces burnout for roles like Account Executive.

Hybrid Model Works Okay for Digital Marketing Roles
Pros: I really liked the hybrid work option. We could work from home a few days a week, which was a huge plus for my commute in NYC. It helped a lot with personal appointments and general work-life balance for agency life.
Cons: Sometimes the flexibility felt a bit uneven. Some teams, especially client-facing digital advertising roles, had less wiggle room. There's also an unspoken expectation to be in the office more often if you want to be seen for career growth, which kinda defeats the purpose.
Advice to Management: Management should make sure hybrid policies are applied fairly across all departments and roles. Encourage true work-from-anywhere days without penalizing people who aren't always visible in the office.
