- Coordinate, monitor, and oversee warehouse operations, including receiving, storage,
inventory control, and dispatch of goods.
- Ensure warehouse cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health, safety, and
regulatory standards.
- Monitor stock levels, review inventory accuracy, and investigate or troubleshoot
discrepancies using audit trail reports.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records for all warehouse and logistics
transactions.
- Perform timely and accurate system updates in the Warehouse Management System
(WMS), including placing parts on hold as requested by customers or suppliers and
ensuring proper segregation and labeling.
- Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), inventory software, and SAP to support
daily logistics and reporting activities.
- Disseminate timely and accurate updates from customers and carriers to warehouse and
operations teams.
- Coordinate urgent or exception pulls with customers and operations teams to ensure on-
time handover of goods.
- Liaise with customers, carriers, and internal stakeholders via email and phone to provide
shipment updates, milestone tracking, and resolution of operational issues.
- Notify customers promptly of any shipment or inventory discrepancies and follow up to
ensure closure.
- Coordinate rework, screening, or scrap activities with operations teams based on
customer requirements.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer and stakeholder inquiries.
- Properly file, update, and maintain all company documents and records in accordance
with company policies.
