Job Description

  • Full set of Accounts including AP,AR & GL.
  • Maintain and organize all necessary documentation for processing, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Keep financial records up to date, ensuring data integrity and precision.
  • Manage the fixed asset register, ensuring compliance and accuracy in asset tracking.
  • Investigate and resolve outstanding issues with supplier in a timely manner.
  • Perform monthly reconciliation of supplier statements, ensuring all discrepancies are addressed.
  • Assist in the annual audit process by preparing schedules and working closely with auditors to ensure compliance.
  • Ensure timely closing processes and accurate reconciliations, including intercompany transaction.
  • Support system and process improvements by assisting with system implementations and automating tasks to enhance efficiency.
  • Foster relationship with customers and vendors, supporting operation teams in maintaining positive communication.
  • Provide administrative support to the accounting team, including maintaining contracts database and tracking project cost.
  • Any other duties suitable duties as and when assigned by Supervisor / Manager.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma/ Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of relevant working experiences.
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications.
  • Meticulous and proactive.
  • Well-organized and comfortable with figures.
