Job Description

Assist in the design and iteration of game mechanics, systems, and levels under supervision.
Support the development of gameplay loops and player progression models.
Help create, maintain or update design documentation (GDDs, feature specs, wireframes).
Collaborate with the game design and development team to implement game features.
Assist in organizing and running of playtests, collecting and analyzing player feedback.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Game Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proficiency in game development tools and platforms (e.g., Unity, Unreal Engine, Roblox Studio, or other relevant engines).
Basic understanding of game design principles, mechanics, and user experience.
Basic knowledge of design tools and documentation practices.
Strong willingness to learn and receive feedback.
Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and staff.
Demonstrated work through a portfolio of personal projects, game jams, or coursework is a plus.
