The Managing Director is responsible for leading the overall strategicdirection, business growth, and operational management of QAI (QUANTUM AI) PTE.LTD. The role oversees corporate performance, innovation initiatives, clientpartnerships, and regional business expansion while ensuring the companyremains competitive within the AI and technology sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company’s long-term business strategy and growth plans across AI, digital transformation, and technology solutions.
- Lead corporate operations, financial performance, and organizational development to achieve business objectives and profitability targets.
- Drive innovation initiatives involving artificial intelligence, data analytics, automation, and emerging technologies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, strategic partners, and government or industry stakeholders.
- Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and regional expansion initiatives within Singapore and overseas markets.
- Oversee business development activities, contract negotiations, and key account management.
- Provide leadership and direction to senior management teams across operations, technology, sales, and project delivery functions.
- Ensure compliance with Singapore regulatory requirements, corporate governance standards, and industry best practices.
- Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and technological advancements to support strategic decision-making.
- Represent the company at business conferences, networking events, and industry engagements.
Job Scope
- Lead the company’s strategic planning and execution to achieve long-term business growth and market expansion.
- Oversee daily business operations, corporate governance, and overall organizational performance.
- Develop and manage business strategies related to artificial intelligence, data analytics, software solutions, and digital transformation services.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and investment initiatives locally and internationally.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, partners, and key industry stakeholders.
- Supervise financial planning, budgeting, revenue growth, and cost management to ensure profitability and sustainability.
- Lead and mentor senior management and departmental teams to achieve operational excellence and innovation goals.
- Ensure projects and services are delivered in line with client expectations, quality standards, and company objectives.
- Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive developments to support innovation and strategic positioning.
- Represent the company in business meetings, industry events, conferences, and corporate negotiations.
- Ensure compliance with Singapore regulatory requirements, company policies, and professional standards.
- Drive organizational development, talent acquisition, and workforce planning to support business expansion.
Educational Qualifications
- Minimum Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related discipline from a recognized institution.
- Candidates with multidisciplinary academic backgrounds combining business, technology, artificial intelligence, data analytics, finance, or corporate strategy will be advantageous.
- Additional executive education from recognized leadership or management programmes is preferred.
Working Experience
- Minimum 10–15 years of relevant professional working experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership, executive management, or director-level role.
- Proven experience in strategic business development, corporate management, operational leadership, and revenue growth.
- Prior experience leading regional or international business operations will be preferred.
- Experience in industries such as technology, artificial intelligence, consulting, digital transformation, finance, investment, business advisory, or innovation-driven sectors is advantageous.
