Support the end-to-end product lifecycle of LLM-based user and item features — from requirement analysis, research validation, to rollout and iteration.
Conduct LLM research benchmarking and work with algorithm teams to bring feature concepts into production.
Define evaluation criteria and participate in quality assessment of LLM-generated features.
Understand needs across traffic surfaces (Search, Recommendation, Food, Chat) and help translate scenario requirements into feature roadmaps.
Analyze A/B experiment results with downstream teams, identify issues, and propose actionable strategy iterations.
Coordinate across Product, Engineering, Algorithm, and Business teams to ensure alignment and timely execution.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering, Data, Product, or related fields.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Passion for LLMs, AI products, and data-driven decision-making.
Ability to collaborate across technical and business teams in a fast-moving environment.
Bonus: familiarity with search/recommendation systems, LLM evaluation, or A/B testing.
