What You'll Do:

Supervise a team of service technicians to attend to distribution network incident
Manage and facilitate with site officers to resolve network incident
Handle and resolve customer feedback and complaint.
Prepare incident reports to management and regulator on voltage dips / supply interruptions
Prepare monthly and weekly reports for submission to management
Carry out vehicle maintenance and servicing of company vehicles
Initiate purchase requestion for tools and other equipment
Assist Head of Section in maintenance of office facilities
Plan and arrange training for Electricity Service Centre (ESC) staff
Perform standby duty after office hours
Liaise with authorities and government agencies on network incident matters
Plan operation policy & strategies
Assist in budget preparation for the section
Perform any other duties related to the job scope

What You'll Need

:Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent discipline from recognised university by PEB, Singapore
.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint applications
.Able to handle customers’ reques
tGood oral and written communication skills
.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, resourceful and meticulou
sHighly motivated and pro-active with the ability to work both independently as well as in a tea
