What The Role Is
You lead and drive MINDEF's enterprise strategic domain and platform strategy, including business operations of MINDEF/SAF Commercial Cloud (MCC), while working towards smoothening and accelerating MINDEF's digitalisation needs.
What You Will Be Working On
- Drive and maintain Operations Support IT (OSIT) enterprise strategic domain
- Develop enterprise platform strategy aligned with MINDEF's Enterprise Architecture (EA)
- Lead workstreams to enhance engineering and data platforms
- Manage MINDEF/SAF Commercial Cloud as Deputy Operations Manager
- Support continuous development of MCC's integrated engineering platform capabilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of MCC and the MCC Operations Manager office
Challenge(s)
- Navigating complex stakeholder relationships across diverse business and technical units
- Driving coherent development of enterprise platform strategy and MCC
What We Are Looking For
- Education in Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field
- At least 6 years of relevant working experience
- Experience in project management and digital strategy implementation
- Strong knowledge of Enterprise Architecture, Cloud technologies and IT transformation
- Experience in developing IT policies, processes, standards, and procedures
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking abilities
